- We have a strict confidentiality policy. Lexis Virtual Assistant acknowledges that it may have access to certain information and materials relating to a client's business that is confidential. No details on Clients or information about the work will be disclosed or passed on to a third party. We will sign a confidentiality agreement if this is required.
- A deposit is required for new clients. Invoices will be sent on completion of work and payment is strictly within 14 days from the date of invoice. If payment is not recieved within 30 days, interest will begin to be added to the overdue amount. Payments can be made by cash, cheque, or by BACS payment.
- Final proof reading is the responsibility of the Client. Any errors returned within 7 days will be amended free of charge.
- Your use of this website and andy dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Scotland and Wales.
